By far our most popular hub, the CLD’s are perfect for road and gravel bikes because of their low weight and clean, minimalist look. But they are equally at home on mountain and touring builds due to their robust and durable design. When in doubt, CLD’s are the easy choice.

Designed around the Center Lock splined disc rotor mounting standard, the CLD rotates on two Enduro brand bearings, and are made here in our Petaluma, CA shop. They are available in four spoke drillings, seven colors, and three axle configurations. That’s 84 different variations!

CLD Rear Hub

Product Description

As with all our hubs, the CLD (Center Lock Disc) draws on over 30 years worth of hub manufacturing experience and real world testing, going back to the “Ti Cassette hub” we introduced in 1992. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and every White Industries hub we make has that original DNA in it; simple, durable, dependable.

By far our most popular hub, the CLD’s are perfect for road and gravel bikes because of their low weight and clean, minimalist look. But they are equally at home on mountain and touring builds due to their robust and durable design. When in doubt, CLD’s are the easy choice.

Designed around the Center Lock splined disc rotor mounting standard, the core of the rear CLD is a heat treated, black-oxided 4130 steel axle with aluminum axle ends, rotating on four Enduro brand bearings: two in the 6061-T6 aluminum hub shell, and two in the 6/4 titanium freehub body. CLD’s are made here in our Petaluma, CA shop, and available in four spoke drillings, seven colors, two axle configurations, and five different freehub bodies. That’s 280 different variations!

Center Lock Disc Lockrings
We craft these center lock disc lockrings with the classic White Industries attention to detail. We polish each lockring. Anodize it. And finish it with precision machine-engraved logos—not laser etching—for a truly premium look and feel. These lockrings pair perfectly with center lock hubs like the White Industries CLD Hub, CLD+ Boost Hub, and C157 Superboost Hub. Choose from internally splined or externally splined versions to fit the majority of hub brands and applications.

C157 Super Boost Hub

Product Details

As with all our hubs, the C157 (Center Lock Disc Super Boost) draws on over 30 years worth of hub manufacturing experience and real world testing, going back to the “Ti Cassette hub” we introduced in 1992. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and every White Industries hub we make has that original DNA in it; simple, durable, dependable.

The C157 is basically a wider version of our CLD+ Boost hub, with 12mm x 157mm Thru axle compatibility. There aren’t many bikes out there with this spacing but if you happen to have one, this is your hub. Designed around the Center Lock splined disc rotor mounting standard, the core of the C157 is a heat treated, black-oxided 4130 steel axle with aluminum axle ends, rotating on four Enduro brand bearings: two in the 6061-T6 aluminum hub shell, and two in the 6/4 titanium freehub body. C157’s are made here in our Petaluma, Ca. shop, and available in three spoke drillings, two colors, and three different freehub bodies.
