Description

The long awaited White Industries Seat Collar is precision-machined to provide secure, consistent clamping with clean lines and long-term reliability. The bolt interfaces with a pin nut, keeping threads properly aligned to prevent binding and ensure even clamping force.

Machined and polished edges reduce excess material while helping protect your frame for a clean, scratch-free fit. An oversized stainless steel bolt provides confident, secure hold without unnecessary bulk. The insert pin nut is bronze.

The seat collars are machined from 6061 aluminum in our Petaluma, California facility, this seat collar is built with the same attention to detail as the rest of our components.

Compatibility

Frame seat tube diameters can vary slightly from their stated size due to manufacturing tolerances and paint thickness. Our seatpost clamps are designed to accommodate frames within +0.25mm and -.5mm of the specified diameter. For example, a 35mm collar will properly fit frames measuring between 34.5mm and 35.25mm.

Not compatible with frames that use a proprietary curved seat collar design.

Please note: Seat Collars clamps are sized to match the outside diameter of the frame’s seat tube, not the diameter of the seatpost.

Frame material and wall thickness significantly affect the external seat tube diameter. For example, a bike using a 30.9mm seatpost—particularly with a carbon frame—may require a 34.9mm seatpost clamp.

We recommend verifying the outside diameter of your seat tube with calipers or confirming specifications with your frame manufacturer before ordering.
