Description
The White Industries XMR+ Rear Hub is a lightweight, precision-machined Boost 6-bolt disc rear hub built for modern mountain and gravel bikes. We machine, assemble, and inspect every hub in our Petaluma, California facility. As a result, the XMR+ delivers smooth performance, lasting durability, and premium American craftsmanship.
The XMR+ traces its heritage back to the original White Industries Ti Cassette Hub introduced in 1992. For more than 30 years, we’ve refined our hub designs through real-world testing and continuous innovation. Today, every XMR+ carries the same proven DNA: simple engineering, dependable performance, and long-lasting reliability.
The XMR+ is designed for Boost-spaced frames and uses the industry-standard ISO 6-bolt disc rotor interface. Therefore, it delivers dependable braking performance in every riding condition. Its lightweight construction makes it an excellent choice for fast gravel bikes. Meanwhile, its rugged design stands up to aggressive trail riding, technical singletrack, and demanding mountain bike adventures.
At the heart of the XMR+ is a heat-treated, black-oxide 4130 steel axle with lightweight aluminum axle ends. Four premium Enduro sealed cartridge bearings support the hub—two in the 6061-T6 aluminum hub shell and two in the 6Al-4V titanium freehub body. Together, they provide smooth rolling performance, efficient power transfer, and exceptional long-term durability.
Choose from four spoke drilling options, five anodized colors, and five freehub body options to build the ideal wheelset for your bike. With 100 possible combinations, it’s easy to customize your drivetrain while matching your riding style and aesthetics. Whether you’re riding technical trails, racing gravel, or exploring backcountry roads, the XMR+ delivers premium Made in the USA performance built to last.
