Unlike traditional threaded fixed gear cogs, the White Industries Fixed Gear Cog features our proprietary spline-drive interface. Instead of transferring pedaling forces through the hub threads, the splines carry the load. This creates a stronger connection between the hub and cog while reducing stress on the drivetrain.

The spline-drive design also helps eliminate one of the biggest drawbacks of traditional threaded cogs. Because the cog does not rely on threads to transfer power, it helps prevent stripped cog threads and damaged hubs. The result is a stronger, more reliable system that performs ride after ride.

Every White Industries Fixed Gear Cog is manufactured from heat-treated 8620 steel for exceptional strength and durability. An electroless nickel finish adds corrosion resistance while reducing wear, so your cog continues to perform in demanding riding conditions.

The White Industries Fixed Gear Cog is available in both 3/32-inch and 1/8-inch chain widths. Tooth counts range from 13T to 20T in one-tooth increments, making it easy to dial in the perfect gear ratio for the velodrome, city streets, or your favorite training route.

This cog is designed exclusively for White Industries Track and ENO hubs equipped with our proprietary spline-drive interface. Before ordering, be sure to confirm that your hub is compatible, as this cog is not designed for traditional threaded track hubs.
