Its wide 32mm internal width provides excellent support for modern mountain bike tires, delivering increased traction, stability, and confidence on technical terrain.
White Industries partnered with Astral Cycling for years before welcoming the Eugene, Oregon-based company into the White Industries family in 2022. Today, you can purchase Astral rims and White Industries hubs together, making it easy to build a premium American-made wheelset.
The Serpentine is engineered to handle demanding trails with confidence. Its asymmetric (ASYM) rim profile improves spoke tension balance by up to 30%. As a result, the wheel becomes stronger, stiffer, and more durable. On the trail, that translates into more precise handling, better cornering, and long-lasting performance.
Every Serpentine Rim features a disc brake-specific design and a Tubeless Easy rim profile. Therefore, you can install tubeless tires quickly with a floor pump while benefiting from improved traction and fewer flats. The rim is also drilled for external nipples, making wheel building and maintenance simple.
