We offer rear axle kits for all our current model hubs and some discontinued models. If you don’t see a particular axle kit listed for your hub model, that means we don’t offer an option for your hub. Please read all the information under the tabs to help direct you to the correct kit for your hub.

Specs
- Axle kits do not include bearings unless otherwise specified
- Axle kits include (these are the names of the parts):
- “Axle Tube” with the “Press-On End” installed
- “Adjustable Axle End”
- “Bearing Preload Collar” (the part with the set screws)
- Axle parts (like bolts) are sold individually
Compatibility
- White Industries axle kits and parts are only compatible with White Industries hubs
Rear axle kits
- Boost axle kits are not compatible with non-Boost hubs and vice versa
- There are aftermarket kits that will convert 12mm x 142mm Thru axle to 12mm x 148mm Boost
- We do not make these kits
- We don’t know how well they work
- They will void our warranty
- There are aftermarket kits that will convert 12mm x 142mm Thru axle to 12mm x 148mm Boost
- Rear hubs with our Shimano Micro Spline drivers require different axle kit than other drivers
- If you are swapping to a Micro Spline driver, you will need to purchase the correct axle kit for the new driver
- Those are listed with “(Micro Spline Driver)” at the end
- If you are swapping from a Micro Spline driver to any of the other styles, you will need to purchase the correct axle kit for the new driver
- Those are listed with “(non Micro Spline Driver)” at the end
- If you are swapping to a Micro Spline driver, you will need to purchase the correct axle kit for the new driver
Mi5 rear hubs
- There were 2 versions of these hubs, each with different hub shells
- The way to figure out which one you have is by identifying which freehub body you have:

- The way to figure out which one you have is by identifying which freehub body you have:
- Older Mi5 “10 speed” hubs use Shimano HG 10 speed, SRAM XD (not XDR), or Campy 10 speed drivers
- When ordering an axle for these hubs make sure you choose the Mi6/Mi5 “10 speed” option
- Newer/current Mi5 hubs use Shimano HG 8-12 speed, Shimano Micro Spline, SRAM XDR, or Campy 9-12 speed drivers
- When ordering an axle for these hubs make sure you choose the Mi5 “11 speed” option
H3 rear hubs
- When converting from the original Shimano HG 8-10 speed driver to newer Shimano HG 8-12 or SRAM XD/XDR driver
- You will need to purchase with a new axle kit (Part# KITR13011 for the T11 hub)
- You will have to re-dish your wheel slightly (2-3mm to the right)

FAQ
I have one of your really old “Beer-Can” style hubs from the ’90’s. Can I get axle parts?
Unfortunately no. Those are 30 years old now and we simply don’t make the parts anymore.
