White Industries has been designing and manufacturing precision bicycle components in Petaluma, California since 1978. We’re a small, close-knit team focused on doing things the right way—thoughtful design, careful manufacturing, and long-term reliability.

We don’t grow quickly, and we don’t hire often. When we do, it’s because the work demands it and the fit feels right.
