v1 VBC 2x Chainring Sets

Discontinued as of April 22, 2025

As of April 22, 2025, our “old” 9-11 speed VBC 2x chainrings will now be referred to as “v1 VBC 2x chainrings” and will be discontinued. Remaining stock of inner and outer rings will be available on our website until we run out.  We are not offering these in “sets” anymore, just individually.  So what do you do when you can’t get v1 rings anymore?  Just get a v2 VBC 2x chainring set; they’ll work with whatever set up you already have.

The new v2 VBC 2x chainrings supersede the v1 VBC 2x rings.  The v2 VBC 2x chainrings are 9-12 speed compatible.  There are only two reasons you would need to purchase v1 VBC rings at this point:

1. You need to replace only an inner or outer v1 chainring on your current v1 set up
2. You want a full 9-11 speed v1 VBC 2x chainring set for an ENO or Road Square Taper crank
   1. v2 VBC 2x rings for for ENO or Road Square Taper cranks are coming summer 2025, so v1 VBC 2x chainrings are your only choice for our square taper cranks right now

If you need a full v1 VBC 2x chainring set for an ENO or Road Square Taper crank you will need to purchase the following parts and assemble them yourself:

1. A v1 VBC 2x Inner Chainring (on the Chainrings page)
2. A v1 VBC 2x Outer Chainring (on the Chainrings page)
3. A v1 VBC 2x Chainring Hardware Set (on the Chainrings page)
